Official legal terms governing the Kwikk Media SaaS platform, white-label reseller rights, and Hosted Products.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Kwikk Media platform. By subscribing, creating accounts, or joining our Reseller Partner Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these commercial and operational rules.
1. User Account & Registration
To access certain features of the Kwikk Media platform and application, you must create a secure user account. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, including passwords and authentication tokens. Any actions taken using your credentials will be considered authorized by you. You must immediately notify Kwikk Media of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
2. B2B Reseller Partner Program
Kwikk Media offers an extensible B2B Reseller Partner Program allowing agencies and digital marketers to white-label and retail our Hosted Products (Digital Visiting Cards, Mini Websites, Digital Catalogs, and Professional Websites) to their custom clients under their own branding, logos, and subdomains.
B2B Payout Rules & White-Labeling Rights
Resellers are granted non-exclusive rights to pitch and sell Kwikk Media services at their own customized rates. Kwikk Media does not enforce caps on your agency–s sales pricing, allowing you to maximize business profitability.
"Work First, Pay Later" Model: To empower reseller operations, Kwikk Media does not charge partner developers for client Mini Websites unless the partner receives payment from their customers. Partners can confidently extend risk-free onboarding options to their prospects under this postpaid payout assurance.
3. Payments, Billing & Subscription Refunds
All subscription plans for Hosted Products (such as our starting at ₹299/year Mini Websites or custom Professional Websites) are billed on a recurring annual subscription model, unless specified otherwise in writing.
Work Settlements: Subscription payments are processed securely. Resellers and individual account holders are responsible for clearing backend balances and postpaid settlements in a timely manner. Payments made for subscription activations or custom domains are non-refundable once the service goes live on public servers, due to standard hosting and registration allocations.
4. Intellectual Property Rights of Kwikk
The Kwikk Media name, brand assets, logos, mobile application source code, pre-built website templates, themes, custom CSS assets, database architectures, and all graphics developed internally by our design team belong exclusively to Kwikk Media And Software Solutions.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to host and share content using our SaaS engine. You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or sell any part of our platform code, frameworks, or proprietary assets without explicit written consent from the executive board.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
Kwikk Media reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or terminate your Hosted Product, Reseller portal, or Mobile App access at any time, without prior notice, if:
- You violate any clause inside these Terms & Conditions or the Acceptable Use Platform Policy.
- You engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading marketing schemes.
- You fail to resolve outstanding B2B invoice settlements within standard timelines.
- Legal or regulatory compliance updates mandate immediate removal of hosted data.
Upon termination, your white-label subdomains and links will go offline immediately, and all licenses granted under these terms will cease.
6. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions, along with your use of the Kwikk Media platform and Hosted Products, shall be governed by, analyzed, and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.
Any legal disputes, arbitrations, or litigation arising out of or in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
